1 1/3 cup instant potatoes
celery salt
2 cups boiling water
Your favorities:
3 boiled, chopped eggs
3 to 4 chopped green onions
2 to 3 tbsp pickle relish
black pepper

Stir together instant potatoes, boiling water, salt, and celery salt. Add your favorites...eggs, green onions, pickle relish. Toss ingredients and then stir in mayo.(1/3 cup or to suit your taste) Sprinkle with a little paprika.

Ready for the table as quick as you can boil an egg.
