Ingredients:
Ingredients:
10 - 12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
4 lg. cans of Bold and Spicy Baked beans
4 c. chopped onion
2 c. Cattleman's Barbecue sauce
2 T. yellow mustard
2 tsp. sugar or Splenda
2 tsp. salt
split hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
In the belly of your Crock-Pot, put 10 or 12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Add 4 lg. cans of baked beans, 3 c. chopped onion, 2 c. bottled barbecue sauce, 2 T. yellow mustard, and 2 tsp. each chili powder, sugar and salt. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hr. or on low for 8-12 hr.

Once cooked, take the chicken out, shred it, and put it back in. Depending on how much liquid was released by the chicken, sometimes it is a little too soupy. If it appears to be watery, just dump it all into a big pot and cook it for a few minutes on the stove over med. heat, uncovered, until it cooks down enough to suit you. Be sure to stir it often. Serve on split hamburger buns-but you'll have to eat it with a fork unless you eat it in an empty wading pool or something. For sm. crock-pot, cut all the ingredients in half.
