1 package of cut up chicken
2 c of flour
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1/2 tbsp of salt and pepper
1/2 tbsp of paprika
1 stick of butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces.

Mix flour and other spices.
Dredge chicken in flour mixture or put mixture in a paper bag and shake chicken and mixture together.

Arrange in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle melted butter over chicken pieces. Bake for 45 minutes at 425. Drain off excess fat and make gravy.

When my brother John and I were small, we received a Betty Crocker Kids cookbook. We cooked all kinds of things from that book, including this recipe, but Betty's recipe called for just drumsticks. Thanks Betty!!
