Pound of Fresh Green Beans
Pound of Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch prepared green beans.
Fry bacon strips to crisp texture. Remove to paper towels and crumble when cool.
Place blanched green beans into pan bacon was fried in, draining if there is excess oil.
Stir until cooked completely. Add crumbled bacon and serve.
