1 tbsp grated orange peel
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine orange rind, juice, and sugar in pan. Bring to a rapid boil then add pecans. Stir constantly over high heat until all syrup is absorbed. Remove from heat and stir gently until pecans are separated. Turn out on wax paper and cool.
