1/4 cup butter 2 tbsp flour 6 cups chicken stock 1 can cheddar cheese soup 2 or 3 green onions 1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix 1 can evaporated milk
Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and blend. Stir in chicken stock until smooth. Add can of cheddar cheese soup and green onions. Blend in dry soup mix and evaporated milk. Simmer on low until thick. Pour into serving bowls and top with bacon, if desired.
