1 1/2 cup Crisco oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
3 cups diced fresh apples

Directions:
Directions:
Measure oil in large mixing bowl. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat mixture until creamy. Add dry ingredients in small amounts. Add apples and nuts. Mix well. Bake 325 in tube pan.
