1 large egg
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup crisco
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with self-rising flour until it forms a stiff dough. Roll out and flatten dough. Cut and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 450 until brown.

Addie and Vallie Ford were life-long members and loved their church family. Addie was a wonderful cook and is missed by all. She is rejoicing with the Lord!
