tomato aspic from a can
2 slices of bread or bread, lightly toasted
cream cheese
avocado

Directions:
Directions:
Butter the bread. Then spread with cream cheese. Put a thin slice of aspic on top. Slice avocado on top of aspic. Season with salt and pepper.

You could also use chive flavored cream cheese.
