1 lb of calves liver cleaned and sliced
Flour
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Pepper
3 white onions
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge liver in flour and spice mixture,
Brown with butter in a heavy skillet.
Cover with onion slices and cover with aluminum foil or skillet top.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until tender.

I HATE liver and onions, but it is a favorite of my dad Allen Simons and my Grandpa Rolland G. Otto. Liver lovers say this is a great recipe.
