1/2 lb each of ground, beef, pork and veal.
1 package of dry onion soup mix
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
1 tbsp ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together

Spoon into loaf pan. Spread additional ketchup on the top of the meatloaf to keep it from drying out.

Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.

Let set, then place on a serving plate and cut into slices
