Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 T. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add remaining ingredients. Place in mold and refrigerate. You can also use cleaned empty soup cans for the aspic molds.

For variations add:

1 can small cleaned shrimp
1 can shredded crab meat or
1 cup chopped onions & celery or
1/2 c. each chopped green pepper & stuffed green olives

I also put a dab of mayonaise on top. I loved it with just celery in it. At Christmas time I have put this in a 9" X 13" pan and used a bell cookie cutter for individual servings on a fresh lettuce leaf. It looks very festive and so good.
