2 avocados, ripe 2 T. lemon juice 1 clove garlic 1 tomato , diced finely 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. fresh cilantro salt and pepper to taste
Mix together and enjoy with corn chips or your favorite Mexican dish.
