2 - 3 cans mixed vegetables drained
1/2 cup celery chopped fine
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup onion chopped fine
1 cup mayo
1 stick butter
tube of Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vegetables, celery, cheese, onion, and mayo together. Pour into casserole dish. Mix melted butter into crushed cracker crumbs. Pour on top of vegetables mix. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
