2 cups flour
2 large or 3 small eggs
Half and Half
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and eggs using a large spoon. Slowly add Half and Half to mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Slowly drop from teaspoon mixture into salted boiling water. Boil for about 5 minutes. Drain. Consistency of mixture should be a little thicker, so when it's dropped it stays together.

Other then using the noodles for soup, I fry them in butter, salt and pepper.
