1 cup flour 1 cup milk, add a little more if needed 1 egg 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. sugar, butter
Mix the above ingredients except for the butter. Butter pan. Use a ladle half filled with mix and pour in hot pan. Move mix around pan until thin sheet. Let it brown on each side. Double recipe for bigger serving.
This is a recipe my mother Agnes Kamuda always made for the grandchilden, and today my daughters make it for their children.
