Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp brown sugar
the juice of one lemon
1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
3 tsp of '3 Pepper Medley'

Directions:
Directions:
In a large measuring cup mix all ingredients. Place two to four frozen or raw steaks into zip lock bags. Evenly distribute the marinade between the bags. Works best if you leave the steaks to marinate in your fridge for two to three days, be sure to flip them occasionally for the best outcome. Time to BBQ. Enjoy! I like to place the bags on a cookie sheet while in the fridge, helps to keep them flat and evenly soaking in the marinade.
