Ingredients:  
1-1/2 cup water, 1 cup dark or light brown sugar (packed), 2 eggs (egg yolks), 4 T of flour & 1/4 lb. oleo.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in bowl: brown sugar, flour, then add eggs and mix well. Put water in pan and let come to a boil. Then turn down lower & add mixture, stirring constantly until it gets thick. Add oleo to hot mixture & stir. Pour into pie shell. Let cool & serve with whipped creme.

The Butterscotch Pie is my Mom's, (Waneta Wolf Hemphill). I loved Grandma Wolf's wilted lettuce and Rhubarb cobbler.
