bell pepper
Tony Chachere's More Spice seasoning
1/4 c. olive oil
water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and slice new potatoes in 1/4" slices. Slice onion and bell pepper. Layer. Season generously with the Tony's. Pour in olive oil. Add a little water, if desired. Cook in a skillet on the top of the stove until water is gone and potatoes are done.
