1 can condensed milk
2 eggs - separated
3 lemons, juiced
vanilla wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk into bowl, separate eggs, put yolks into milk and beat well. Squeeze lemons and add juice to milk, 1 lemon at a time. Mix well. Line pie pan with crushed cookies and side of pan with whole cookies. (can use Graham Cracker crust). Meringue: Beat the 2 egg whites and add 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar and 4 T. sugar. Top pie & brown. Keep in refrigerator
