4 eggs separated.
1 can condensed milk.
1/2 cup lime juice.
6 tbsp sugar.
1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 4 egg yolks. Add condensed milk and lime juice. Beat until thick. Pour into baked pie shell. Beat 4 egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar until stiff and forms peaks. Top pie mixture and cook at 350 until egg whites are golden brown.
