1 cup wild rice (Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice mix).
2 cups chicken broth.
Butter.
Paprika.
Salt and pepper.
3 oz can mushrooms.
6 Chicken breast halves.
1/2 pkg dry onion soup.
1 can mushroom soup.

Directions:
Directions:
Soak rice over night. Drain. Pour chicken broth over rice in a large flat casserole dish. Dot with butter , salt and pepper. Drain mushrooms and add to casserole. Place chicken breast over rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top. Dilute mushroom soup with a little water and spoon over each chicken breast. Sprinkle with paprika and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350. Uncover dish and cook for 1/2 hour longer.
