12 oz V-8 juice. 3 cups cabbage. 2 cups water. 1/4 cup celery. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 1 tsp sugar. 2 beef bouillon cubes. 2 pieces of green pepper (left whole). Salt and pepper to taste. Parsley flakes.
Combine ingredients and simmer.
You can add browned and crumbled hamburger to soup if you like. Patti
