2- 9 oz pkgs frozen corn (cook as directed). 1 6 oz can evaporated milk. 1 beaten egg. 2 tbsp finely chopped onions. 1/2 tsp salt . Dash of pepper. 3/4 Cup shredded Swiss cheese. 1 tbsp butter. 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs.
Mix above together reserving 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese, 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs and butter. Pour into 10x6x1 1/2 pan. Top with bread crumbs, Swiss cheese and melted butter. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
