alligator cut in thin strips, fat removed
bottled Italian Dressing, any brand
mustard, any flavor
flour
Tony Chachere's Original Seasoning or other preferred season-all product
vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate alligator in Italian dressing for 12 hr. Heat oil to 350. Mix flour with Tony's seasoning in a Ziploc plastic bag. Drain alligator meat, dredge in mustard, place in Ziploc bag with flour mixture. Coat well. Shake off excess flour and fry until golden brown. Bon Appetite!!
