1 (sm.) can green chopped chiles
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Butter flat casserole, spread chiles on thick, then a layer of sliced cheese. Scald milk and 1/2 c. flour to make a white sauce; add 1 tsp. salt. After sauce is hot and thickened, add beaten eggs; take off heat, pour sauce on top of layers and bake in 325 oven 1 hr. Serve with tossed salad and re-fried beans.

This is a "Hollenshead Family Classic" from the pages of "Favorite Recipes of the Hollensheads" by Jeane (Hollenshead) Finkbeiner & was included in Mary's memory.
