4 eggs
2 T. flour
1 stick butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
2 T. plain corn meal
1 (sm.) can crushed pineapple
1 (sm.) can coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, flour and meal. Drain pineapple and add to the mixture. Beat 4 eggs and pour into other ingredients. Pour into uncooked pie crust and cook at 350 for 45 min. - 1 hr.

Fern was the wife of the late Ray Hollenshead & the daughter-in-law of the late Charlie & Carrie (Wade) Hollenshead. This is a "Hollenshead Family Classic" from the pages of "Favorite Recipes of the Hollensheads" by Jeane (Hollenshead) Finkbeiner. It was included in this book by the Editor in memory of his Aunt Fern.
