1 1/2c sugar
4 oz unsweetened chocolate - melted
1/2c oil
2t baking powder
2t vanilla
2c flour
confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat wet, sift dry mix in. Once smooth, cover it with plastic wrap and chill 2 hours for better handling.

Roll into 1 inch balls, roll in a bowl of confectioners sugar. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 375 8-10 minutes until the sugar is crackled in appearance.
