2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 Tbsp butter 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup soured milk 1 cup mashed banana (2 medium sized bananas)
Mix dry ingredients; set aside. In large bowl cream butter and sugar. Beat in bananas. Add eggs and beat well. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk. Stir well. Pour into 9x5" loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
