1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter
1/2 c peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/4c flour
3/4 t baking soda
1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 1/2 t molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add peanut butter and egg, molasses, mix well. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients, mix into wet.

Wrap dough in plastic and chill 3 hours, or shape into cookies, will be messier to work with if you skip the chill phase.

Bake at 325 15 minutes for chewy or
375 9-10 minutes for crunchy.

These are absolutely delicious and very flavorful. The molasses really gives it that extra bite to it.
