1/2c sugar
1T cornstarch
1/8t salt
1 1/2c milk
3 egg yolks beaten
1t vanilla
1 medium banana - mashed

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch and salt. Gradually add milk, cook and stir over medium heat until boiling. Cook and stir 2 minutes, stir small amount into eggs whisk eggs into the hot mixture, fold in banana. Take off heat. Whip with beaters for finer texture.

This is a very delicious pudding that's better then any banana pudding out there, the next day it will have brown spots from the bananas, it still tastes good, but recommend using the same day as it's made.
