CRUST
1/3c butter
1/3c brown sugar
1/4c nuts
1c flour

CHEESE CAKE
1/4c sugar
8oz cream cheese
1T lemon juice
2T milk
1 egg
1/2t vanilla

BLUEBERRY SAUCE
2T sugar
2t cornstarch
1/4c water
1c blueberries (or other berries)
1T lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350

CRUST
cream butter, sugar together, add nuts and flour, press into prepared 8" pan bake bake 12-15 minutes.

FILLING

Cream sugar, cream cheese together, add milk, lemon juice, egg, and vanillia, mix well. Once crust is out of the oven, spread over the top and bake 25-30 minutes.

TOPPING

In a sauce pan combine sguar, cornstarch, water, and lemon juice. Cook until thick on medium heat, add blueberries and cook until bubbly. Chill, pour on cooled cheesecake and serve.

This is absolutely delicious and the crust tastes more like pecan sandies. The best part of it? No crushing graham crackers!
