1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
3/4 c. corn oil
4 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix
1 tsp. lemon juice

Frosting
1 c. powdered sugar
2 lemons, juiced
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, add cake mix, corn oil, 1 egg and start beating. Then add 3 more eggs , 1 at a time and beat well. Add lemon juice, beat well; then add the lemon Jello mix that has been dissolved in the hot and cold water. Bake 40 min. at 350 in a well greased and floured 13" x 9" pan. FROSTING: Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice and lemon peel. Let cake sit for 2 or 3 min., then prick well all over with meat fork. Drizzle icing over cake.

Norma is the wife of Dan Hollenshead and the daughter-in-law of the late DeWitte and Mary (Waller) Hollenshead. This photo was taken on the celebration of their 60th wedding anniversary when their children (Ed & Sandy - Karen & Wayne) took them on an Alaskan cruise in Sept. 2009. They were accompanied by their niece Judy (Hollenshead) Jones & Dickie.
