4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. each green and red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. almonds, sauteed in butter
1/2 c. red grapes, cut in half (seedless)
Mrs. Dash (regular) to taste
mayonnaise to taste
honey mustard to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in bouillon water. Mix all ingredients Except last three. Mix mayonnaise (no salad dressing) and honey mustard in equal parts. Add to chicken mixture. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash and taste. Add more as necessary. If your salad seems a little dry and you don't want to add more mayo add some of the broth from the cooked chicken.

Doris is the wife of Raymond Earl Hollenshead and the daughter-in-law of the late Ray and Fern (Prince) Hollenshead. This is wonderful chicken salad as a sandwich on special bread.
