15 eggs
1 15 oz. can of Red Beets (whole or sliced)
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Hard boil 15 eggs. Cool and peel off shells.

Dump one can of Red Beets with the juice into a pot and add one cup of sugar and one cup of vinegar. Bring ingredients to a boil and stir for about 2 minutes.Pour over the shelled eggs. Let cool for about two hours.
Cover tightly and let the eggs marinate in the refrigerator for three to four days.
Occasionally go into the refrigerator and stir eggs so that the portions of the eggs that are not under the liquid will darken.
