3 c. yellow squash
1 c. grated carrot
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 c. cornbread stuffing mix
1 small onion, grated
1 stick butter
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and carrot together. Drain and add rest of ingredients, except 1/3 of stuffing mix . Mix and sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 for 30 min or until bubbly.
