2 lbs of potatoes, peeled, cooked and thinly sliced
10 3/4 oz. can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of sour cream (do not use reduce fat type- it makes it very watery)
1/2 cup of milk (whole milk)
1 1/3 cups of fried durkie onions
1 cup of cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in casserole dish. Combine soup, sour cream, milk, 2/3 fried onions and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. Pour over potatoes and mix gently. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 or until hot. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake for another 5 minutes. Serve.

I also broil for 2 minutes after the final bake to have the top browned and crispy. I also add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard to spice it up a bit. Personal choice.
