Gelatin:
2 pkgs apricot gelatin (small box)
You can use mixed fruit, orange, strawberry or cherry jello as well.
1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple (drain and save liquid for topping)
1 cup miniature marshmallows
2 bananas sliced
Topping:

1 egg beaten
cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons soft butter
cup pineapple juice (that you had drained earlier)
1 pack 3oz cream cheese
1 pack dessert topping mix

Directions:
Directions:
Gelatin:
Prepare gelatin according to recipe on package. Chill slightly. Add fruit and marshmallows and mix well.
Chill overnight or add ice cubes for a fast set.

Topping:
Mix all ingredients except cream cheese and topping mix.
Cook until thickened stirring constantly. Remove from heat and blend in cream cheese. Prepare dessert topping as directed on package, fold into cheese mixture and spread over gelatin after it has cooled.
Add maraschino cherries and chopped walnuts on top for decoration.
