Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is from my mother-in-law Grace Walmer Smith. She learned to make it from her mother Amanda Bashore Walmer. Amanda would bake all day Friday and on Saturday her husband George Walmer would take all the pies, cakes, cookies and other items she made to the Lebanon County Farmers Market where he would sell them at a stand.
