3 lb of Vinson cut in chunks, 1 pack of carrots, 6 peeled potatoes, 1 onion (chopped), 1 pack of onion soup, 1 container of mushrooms, 1 to 3 jalapeņo peppers

Directions:

Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.
