2 c cooked rice
1 pkg. frozen broccoli (thawed and drained)
1 can water chestnuts (chopped)
1 sm. onion (chopped)
1/2 c milk
1 sm. jar cheese whip
1 can chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter. Add soup, milk, cheese, chestnuts. Fold in rice and broccoli. Bake in buttered 9x13 casserole dish @ 350 for 30 to 40 min.
