1 1/2 cup SR Flour
1/2 cup Custard Powder
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
3 tbsp Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 180. Grease and flour 2 oven trays.
2. Sift flour and custard powder into a bowl.
3. Add sugar.
4. Add butter and rub in with fingertips until mixture resembles bread crumbs.
5. Add milk to make dough (extra milk may be needed)
6. Turn onto floured board. Roll flat and cut into star shapes with cutter ( or any other shapes)
7. Cook 10-15 mins
8. Remove with knife to cooling tray while hot.
OR
1. Put all dry ingredients into a food processor and add milk and process into a dough ball.
Follow steps 6-8

Makes about 45 biscuits.
Freeze well.
