1 1/2 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Sugar
Few drops Vanilla Essence
Ground Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven 180. Whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour into 2 ramekins or a small oven proof dish and sprinkle with a little ground nutmeg.
2. Stand the ramekins or casserole dish in a tray filled with warm water to come halfway up the side of the dish.
3. Bake for about 15-20 mins (35-40 mins for lager dish) When cooked, the point of a knife inserted into the custard will come out clean and dry.
4. Remove the dish from the water and allow to cool.
