Box of wild rice 1 T. margarine 1 small onion 1 egg, sliced store bought ham such as Krakus
Saute until tender margarine with onion. Cook boxed wild rice with water as per directions on box. Add the onion, stir in 1 egg and let cool. Fill ham slices with mixture, tuck edges and line in buttered 2 qt. shallow pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
