2 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. ice water 1/4 lb. pork sausage 1/4 c. green onion, (chop tops also) 3/4 c. real mayonnaise 2 lbs. whole mushrooms, stemmed 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese dash of paprika
Mix and pat out the Bisquick and water mixture into a greased 13x9 pan. In a separate bowl mix all ingredients, including the mushroom stems, except the cheese. Stuff the mushroom caps. Lay the caps on top of the Bisquick mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350º covered for 20 minutes, then uncovered for 10 minutes.
