4-5 medium potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp.or so of caraway seed
1 T. vinegar
2 T. sugar
Roast Beef, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, cut and cook potatoes, (as you would for mashed potatoes), with the onion and caraway seed until tender. Add beef, vinegar and sugar to potato/onion mixture. Do not drain. Thicken with flour and add gravy coloring.
