1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can drained whole kernel corn
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Durkees french onions

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 lb. hamburger with 1/2 cup chopped green pepper and 1/4 cup onions. Add package of taco seasoning and water as per seasoning instructions and simmer. Add 1 can of drained whole kernel corn. Pour into an 8x8 dish.

Mix one small box cornbread mix. Add 1/2 can Durkees french onions. Place in clumps along side edges on top of hamburger mixture. Bake at 350 until cornbread is done; approximately 15 minutes. When done, sprinkle the rest of the can of onions and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake until the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
