Ingredients:  
1 slab of lean ribs
1 lg can of (16oz) whole tomatoes, cut up a bit
1 can tomato sauce (8oz)
1 sm can tomato paste (4oz)
2 to 3 cloves of garlic, to taste
1 lg onion
1 stalk of celery chopped
1/2 can of Campbell's cream of tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Season ribs, salt and pepper
Brown in a large skillet
In a large pot add:
Tomatoes
tomato sauce
tomato paste
As the ribs brown add them to the pot
In the same skillet add chopped onion, garlic and celery, you may add a bit of EVOO, butter or oil of your choice
Saute until slightly softened then add to the sauce pot
Cook slowly on low heat, stir occasionally
3 hours or until the ribs are tender
1/2 hour before serving add 1/2 can of Campbell's cream of tomato soup
