1 lb. ground beef (cooked and drained)
9 oz. broccoli
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 pkgs. crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first five ingredients together on the stove and simmer for 10 minutes. Open crescents into rectangle and pinch together. Add another one at short end and pinch together. Spread or roll out to a 9x12 rectangle. Separate mixture onto rectangles. Roll the crescents over the mixture to create a roll. Pinch ends together. Brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle poppy seeds on top. Bake for 18 minutes at 375 or until lightly brown.
