5-6 cups of apples thinly sliced
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
cinnamon
Crumble topping:
1 cup of butter
1 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Toss apples with sugars, salt, and cinnamon. Pour into a lightly greased 9 inch pie plates. Mix all ingredients for topping with until mixture resembles cornmeal. Gather small amounts of mixture and press together between the palms of your hands to form small sheets of dough. Arrange over apples. Repeat until all topping is applied. Bake on the center rack of oven for 40-50 mins. or until topping is golden brown.
